How long is my listing featured?
Your listing is featured for 30 days from the date of approval, or until your application deadline if sooner. After that, it moves to the standard job board (if still within the application deadline).
When does my listing go live, and when is the newsletter sent?
Your listing goes live on the board as soon as your payment is confirmed, and is included in a newsletter edition sent before your application deadline — we guarantee it. Your dashboard shows when that edition has been sent, with a link to it.
Can I post multiple listings?
Yes! Each listing is £100 and follows the same process. There's no limit to how many positions you can post. Contact us at [email protected] for bulk discounts.
Do you check listings?
Yes, every listing is checked against our guidelines. If we have to remove yours, we'll email you the reason and refund your £100 in full automatically. You're welcome to resubmit a revised listing.
Do you offer refunds?
If we remove your listing because it doesn't meet our guidelines, you get a full refund automatically. Otherwise refunds aren't available once it's live, but we'll help you improve your listing if it isn't getting clicks.
